We teamed up with Checkerspot, a biotechnology company, to make a revolutionary replacement from a renewable source - microalgae oil. Historically, high performance equipment has relied on petroleum outputs to meet industry standards. Utilizing Checkerspot’s WING™ Platform, we custom formulated a rigid foam specifically for our skis. Their biology and material science capabilities enabled them to design a lightweight biobased foam, tailored to reduce overall weight and deliver higher compressive strength at lower densities.

Stance 130 ATOP

We’ve designed the highly successful Stance 130 boot with the ATOP Reel Lacing System in the lower lace zone, complete with a micro-adjust dial for a customized, powerful and precise fit. This makes it easier than ever to tighten and loosen the boot with the twist of a dial. Less laces to worry about tucking away.

The Stance 130 Boot was designed for skiers looking for power and precision. The stiff composite textile shell adds performance to the incredible comfort provided in the Stance boot line. It’s Full-Wrap upper cuff provides enhanced lateral support and responsiveness, while the SBR Closed Cell Foam Liner delivers a snug yet comfy fit. Dual Lace Zones allow independent tightening of upper and lower cuffs.

Stance ARTP ATOP 

The Stance Adjustable Rear Toe is a solid choice for skiers searching for comfort and functionality. The SBR Closed Cell Foam Liner delivers a snug yet comfy fit, while the static lace allows for size adjustability to fit a wide range of feet. A lighter weight and more comfortable alternative to a rubber rear toe loop, the Stance ART is customizable to your foot size. Just twist the ATOP lacing dial and you’re good to go!
