Â
Sunshine, salty air, and a stacked field â it was Monaco at its finest this past weekend, and Jaimee Bull showed up ready to do Jaimee Bull things. With big names on the start list and a breeze that turned the lake into a blender at times, this yearâs Monaco Waterski Cup was anything but a gimme.
Stop us if youâve heard this one before: Jaimee Bull shows up, ski in hand, game face at đŻ, and absolutely torches a Pro Tour field. Thatâs exactly what went down this past weekend at the Monaco Waterski Cup, where Jaimee ran 1@41off in the finals and skied away with the W â Again, like it was just another day in paradise. (To be fair, it was Monaco.)
This win wasnât just clean â it was confident. For the second year in a row in Monaco, Jaimee looked locked-in from the first pullout and never took her foot off the gas.Â
Finals: Showdown with a Teammate Twist
Cue the headwind, cue the pressure, and cue Vennesa Vieke, fellow FlowPoint Method skier and total wildcard in the best way. Vennesa threw down 3@39off in the final â a serious statement that had the crowd buzzing. With the wind gusting straight up the lake, most were hedging their bets on a tight finish.
Then came Jaimee.
She needed more than 3@39 to win. So naturally, she ran the whole thing. In a strong, gusty headwind. And made it look as cool as Maple Syrup on a hot waffle.
That pass wasnât just technical â it was tough. She kept her rhythm, trusted the swing, and used every bit of edge and angle she could get. If you ever doubted her grit, that headwind pass should be all the proof you need. Watch Winning Run HERE!
What This Win Means
Another podium, another Pro Tour stop owned, and now firmly in first place in the standings. Jaimeeâs sitting at 95 points, and guess whoâs in second? Yup â Vennesa, with 73. FlowPoint Method is clearly doing something right, and HO couldnât be more proud to have Jaimee Bull out there representing across the pond!
