Let’s all take a moment and pretend we’re surprised:
Jaimee Bull won another pro tournament — this time at the Royal Nautique Pro in Morocco. You know, Morocco. Land of camels, couscous, and now… Bull dominance.
Lets not forget….this last weekend was not so much a water ski competition in Morocco, as it was a high-stakes game of aquatic survival. Much like the Pro Tour days of old, there were gonna be no records set this weekend….but the competition was still alive and well! Even the most seasoned pros looked like they were skiing on a shaken bottle of club soda. It wasn’t pretty, it wasn’t polite—but it was unforgettable. Somewhere, a dolphin watched and whispered, “No thanks.”
But anyway, at this point, we should probably stop calling it “a win” for Jaimee Bull and start calling it what it really is: a polite takeover of professional women’s slalom. On sunday, Jaimee showed up, sipped some mint tea, looked at the course, shrugged, and then casually ran the 2@39 she needed, to take the Win — because that’s just what Jaimee Bull does on weekends now.
And it’s not like the field was weak. The usual assassins were all there. The conditions were tricky. The sun was aggressive. There was probably a sandstorm forming somewhere nearby. Didn’t matter. Jaimee lined it up, leaned in, and made 38 off look like she was cruising through a parking lot in neutral. And getting around 2 at 10.75m was not even a question.
We don’t know what’s more impressive — her skiing, her consistency, or the fact that she keeps winning without ever looking flustered. Honestly, we’re starting to suspect she’s powered by some kind of futuristic slalom AI. She’s like Terminator, but with better edge control.
Also, shoutout to her Syndicate ski, which is clearly doing its part. That ski should get its own podium at this point.
So here we are again: another podium, another tour stop, another moment of Jaimee making it all look effortless. If this is what burnout looks like, sign us up.
